1. Upon receipt of the requirement, we will try to extract maximum applicants from our database.
2. We will short list the applicants and will forward you the one's that match your specifications.
3. We will then invite your delegate for the personal Interviews at the desired location depending on requirement.
4. If telephonic interview is sufficient, we shall provide you with the contact details of the candidates enabling you to conduct telephonic Interviews.
5. If interviews are not mandatory and for skill based jobs we will co – ordinate the reporting time at the required place.
6. If any other formalities, appointment letters, contracts needs to be executed we will get it done as per requirements.
7. Also we shall request you to clear the Invoice prior to the departure of the candidates as per mutually agreed terms and conditions.
For fulltime permanent recruitment we charge 8.33% of the yearly salary (One month salary) as service charge. If the employee leaves within 3 months we will find a free replacement.
For contracts of 3, 6, 9 months we charge 8.33% of the salary from number of contract months.
For others need based requirement we charge on a case to case bases, mutually agreed
